Sausage Wreath

Pastry (WHEAT flour, (Statutory ingredients: Calcium carbonate, Iron, Thiamine, Niacin) butter (MILK, water, salt) Sausage meat (20%) pork mince, water, rusk, WHEAT, spices (white pepper, nutmeg, mace, coriander) sugar, onion powder, sage. Onion, water, Bramley apples, breadcrumbs (WHEAT, salt, yeast) prunes, chestnuts, red onion, cranberries (sugar, sunflower oil) garlic, salt, parsley, vegetable stock, sea salt, maltodextrin (from maize) rice flour, vegetables (7.2%) (onion, carrot, parsnip) yeast extract, sunflower oil, parsley, turmeric, sage, nutmeg, coconut palm sugar, black pepper, EGG.

For best results cook from frozen.

1.Pre heat your oven, 180°C, 350 °F, Gas mark 4.
2. Remove the wreath from its box and place on a baking tray. (Set aside sage & cranberries) best to do this whilst it is frozen.
3. Put into middle shelf of your oven for 60 minutes or until piping hot and pastry is golden.
4. Leave for two minutes before serving. Sprinkle cranberries & sage

Store in freezer until ready for use
