Haddock Mornay

Can be cooked from frozen.

  1. Preheat oven to 170℃.
  2. Remove the sleeve and plastic wrapping but keep in the wooden baking mould and place on a baking tray. Cook for 35 minutes if cooking from defrosted or 45 minutes if cooking from frozen. Cook until piping hot.
  3. Leave for two minutes before serving.
