Chicken Jalfrezi

‘Jalfrezi’ means ‘hot fry’, so this is the Indian version of a Chinese ‘stir fry’. It is cooked quickly in a hot pan with a little oil. The Chicken is free range, as always, the vegetables are fresh, vibrant, crunchy and very good for you! It is a drier curry, so you may like a dollop of natural yogurt or raita and some naan bread served with it. However you choose to serve this tasty curry, enjoy!

Free range chicken (31%), tomatoes water, onion, red pepper, green pepper, yellow pepper, garlic, tomato puree, coriander leaves, sunflower oil, cornstarch, ginger, salt, ground coriander, chilli powder, dried red chilli, garam masala, MUSTARD seeds, cumin seeds, ground cumin, tumeric, black pepper, cardamon, bay leaf, cinnamon.
