For best results defrost thoroughly before cooking in a conventional oven.

  1. Remove cardboard sleeve and plastic film but leave in foil tray.
  2. Oven: Pre-heat oven to 170ÂșC place on a baking tray.
  3. From fresh Cook for 40 minutes or until bubbling.
  4. From frozen Cook for 40 minutes.
  5. Leave to stand for 2 minutes.
