Country Beef Casserole

The moment the wine hits the pot I am transported to the heart of Provence where I experienced the joy of this Beef Casserole over 30 years ago. Infused with red wine and Herbs de Provence, this casserole is the perfect go-to for family suppers or fancy Sunday lunches when you aim to impress.

Our locally sourced British beef is slow-cooked on a low heat for hours, resulting in melt-in-your-mouth tenderness. Roasted and caramelised locally sourced root vegetables top the beef casserole. A delicious meal that can be served with a simple baked potato or jazz it up for a special occasion.
